Samples, usually 10 x 10 x 1 cm (4" x 4" x 3/8") or 15 x 15 x 1 cm(6" x 6"x 3/8"), are available free of charge ex-factory.; We also provide beautiful brochures to aid you in selling more products.
NOTE: FULL size tiles are also available but these add considerably to the weight therefore please remember the extra weight charge to be included.
·We have two payment methods for sending samples.
1. Courier: Your courier account number is requested. Please ensure that it allows for incoming charges.
2. If you do not have a courier account, payment can be made by credit card. We would then pre-pay for your sample's freight to the courier company.
NOTE: Some courier companies will allow us to send "Freight Collect", however this is not guaranteed.
